People are by nature designed to feel, emotions are designed to move. During the rest class, we create space. We will use gentle movements to reconnect with the body, with yourself. Moving is the easiest way to release tension and stress. Each class contains a movement part, a stretching part, and a relaxation part. Resting heals the nervous system, it immediately takes you out of your fight or flight response. This is a soft practice, we will hold static postures for a longer time and always respect the limits of our bodies. By slowing down, you can tap into the wisdom of your inner compass. A rest class is a moment for yourself.
